It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. King of Jamesport, Missouri, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles King and Edith King (Tucker); his wife Emma Francis Dunn; his children, Ronald Dean King and Rita Faye King; and his grandsons, Charlie Benge and Byron King.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Wayne King of Columbia, MO, Betty Benge of St. Joseph, MO, Marilyn Tolen of Gladstone, MO, Debbie King of Jamesport, MO, Jim King (Cindy) of Chillicothe, MO, Jerry King of Jamesport, MO, Carol Burrell of St. Joseph, MO and Steven King (Janelle) of Jamesport, MO; and his sister Velma Maddox of Gallatin, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Oakland Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
