He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Page and Kathryn Page (Waterbury); and his son Randy Joe. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ballard; his children, Rick (Shelley Page), Rob (Teresa Page), Jenny (Heath Cook) and Russell (Amie Page); his grandchildren, Kristin Rosenbaum, Robert, Shyanne Rosenbaum, Ryan Page, Taylor, Dekota Jarman, Jake, Rachael Cook, Dillon, Megan Cook, Lance Cook, Rikki Cook, Garret, Kaylea Page and Maddie Page; and his brother Larry Page. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
