He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Hall and Elsie Hall (McCrary); and his sister Louise Conover. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Mills; his children, Lisa Hall of Independence, MO, Johnathan Keith Hall of Independence, MO and Christina Neeley (Rich) of Troy, KS; his grandchildren, Ashley Newton (Brad) of Hannibal, MO and Zack Neeley of St. Joseph, MO; his great grandchild Malachi Newton; and his sister Verna Rose Swisegood (Max) of Oak Grove, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
