He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Angeline (Vas-Quez) and Robert Franklin Duly. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jan Jarrett; his daughter Dionne Sturgess of Springfield, Missouri; his son-in-law Theron Sturgess; and his grandson Kelyn Sturgess of Springfield.
