He is survived by: his wife Liz Smith of Jadwin, MO; his children, Andrew Mendenhall of Salem, MO, MaDonna Dale Heldenbrand (Matt) of Highland, IL, Jennifer Mayberry (Jason) of Jadwin, MO and Cody Smith (Terra) of Salem, MO; his siblings, Steve Smith of Salem, MO, Stanley Smith of Salem, MO and Shielah Warren of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ashton, Evan, Courtney, Kylie, Ethan, Collin, Dylan, Cohen, Ellie and Waylon; his great grandchild Karter; his daughter Kristin Thompson (Sonny); and his grandchildren, Dalton, Kelsey and Blake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
