He is survived by: his sister Lois Seabaugh of Jackson, MO; his son William Don Devore, Jr. (Heather); and his brothers-in-law, Henry Whitener (Linda) of Glen Allen, MO and Larry Bollinger of Marble Hill, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and loving friends.
