He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Evans and Glenda Louise Rister Evans; and his son Thomas Matthew "Matt" Evans. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Welter; his pets, Hudson, Hugo and Hank; his daughter Ashley Evans of Bolivar, MO; his siblings, Debbie Nelson (Mike) of Blodgett, MO, Kathie McGee (David Masilnski) of Blodgett, MO and Joel Evans (Amy) of Sikeston; and his grandchildren, Will Evans, Katilyn Winders (Andrew), Kylie and Teren Eskew.
The family requests memorials be made to the Blodgett Cemetery Perpetual Care fund at P.O. Box 91 Blodgett, MO 63824.
