He was predeceased by: his father Terry Gilbert Marquis; his grandparents, Vernon, Hazle Lackey Marquis, Eugene and Wilma Gray Shell; and his stepfather John Templeton.
He is survived by: his mother Rose Marie Templeton (Shell) of St. Louis; his children, TJ Marquis of Sikeston and Courtney Marquis (TJ) of Jackson; his siblings, Ken Marquis of Troy and Jennifer Cox of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Adeline Goode and Jack Fields of Jackson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hutchings - Pendergrass Funeral Chapel. A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
