She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Tankersley and Judith Ann Tankersley; and her brother-in-law Larry Huffman. She is survived by: her children, Jeremiah Cook (Sarah) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Sarah Jo Cook of Jackson, Missouri; her siblings, Jolene Rievley (Gary Dysinger) of Elk City, Beth Rievley of Cape Girardeau, Robin Huffman of Jackson, Missouri and Patrick Tankersley (Tammy) of Jackson; and her grandchildren, Katlyn Jo Cook, Bryce William Leslie Cook, Isabelle Aida Cook and Sidney Ann Marie Cook.
In-lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to St. Jude, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; and Tunnel to Towers, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
