He is survived by: his son Mark O'Neal (Joey) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Riley and Bailey O'Neal; his daughter Anne Lerche (Fred) of Springfield; his grandson Evan Lerche; his sister Evelyn McClintock of Jackson; his nephew Jim McClintock (Debbie) of Columbia, Missouri; and his niece Sharon Bucher (Dennis) of Jackson.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to the First Baptist Church Building Fund in Farmington.
