He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Marion Emile Hager Blattner; his daughter Laura Proffer (Joe); and his daughter-in-law Danette Ketcher. He is survived by: his spouse Noretta Sue Phillips; his children, James Mark Ketcher (Amy) of Cape Girardeau, Dr. Reid Joseph Ketcher (Dana) of Hood River, Andrew David Blattner (Ashley) of Oak Ridge and Kristi Lynn Williams (Shane) of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Courtney Aden, Arikka Proffer (Tony), Morgan Proffer (Taylor), Jacob Long (Molly), Ambrea Moore, Kourtney Daniels (Lathan), Carson Ketcher, Eric Spaulding, Bryson Ketcher, Colson Ketcher, Sydnee Williams, Haylie Williams and Ava Blattner; his great grandchildren, Aryanna Boyer, Jerric Aden, Aurora Aden, Avalon Aden, Aria Proffer-Klein, Vera Ketcher, Lynna Daniels and Saylor Daniels; and his siblings, Tyrone Blattner (Dara Kay), Charlotte Ellington (Ed) and Emily Limbaugh. He is also survived by two aunts, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
