She is survived by: her son Ken Hosp (Robyn) of Jackson Mo; her grandsons, Adam Hosp (Danielle) of Lake St and Drew Hosp of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Harper Hosp and Harrison Hosp of Lake St; her sister-in-law Helen Smart of New Bloomfield; her niece Kathy Smart Gerlach (Russell) of Jamestown; her nephew John Smart (Corrine) of New Bloomfield Mo; her great-niece Bethany Smart of Columbia; and her great-nephew Daniel Smart of New Bloomfield.
