He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby "Bull" Bollinger and Ola Rea Bollinger (Penrod). He is survived by: his children, Ashley Bollinger of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Travis Keen (Monika) and Justin Keen (Jessica) of Jackson; his siblings, Gail Kocher (Chuck) of Jackson and Joe Bollinger (Vivian) of Millersville, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Adi Jean, Mya Keen, Owen Keen and Declan Keen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
