He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Hart. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Case (Aaron); his grandchildren, Cory of Aaron, DJ, Destiny, Izaak Case and Mikayla Todd; and his siblings, John Hart (Sally), Ethelyn Carr (Jay), Becky Hart and Barbara Maxwell.
