In loving memory of Leta Betty Leadbetter of Jackson, Missouri, born in Perry, Missouri, who departed this world on November 2, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Vasterling and Amanda Olga Sander Vasterling; and her children, Cathey Buchheit, Jerry Leadbetter and Letha Leadbetter.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Leadbetter (Donna) of Millersville, Missouri, Beverly Schonhoff (Stephen) of Oak Ridge, Nancy Kranawetter (James) of Jackson and Jean Leadbetter of Jackson; and her grandchildren, Matt, Carin, Alex, Amanda, Stephanie, Zachary, Carrie, Blake and Jessica. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCombs Funeral Home & Cremation Center (640 W Independence St, Jackson, MO 63755). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at the Russell Heights Cemetery (435 S Farmington Rd, Jackson, MO 63755).
