It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena May Schweain of Jackson, Missouri, born in Dexter, Missouri, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Anderson and Mary Elizabeth Deardorff Smith; and her siblings, James Daniel Smith, Floyd Joe Smith, Gertie Irene Cross, Pearl Cleo Parham and Opal Faye Crites.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence Ray Schweain (Jean) of Jackson, Reita Faye Conley of Jackson and Peggy Ann Crawford of Jackson; her siblings, Charles Albert Smith of Dexter, MO, Altha Hawley-Corlew of Springfield, MO and Mary Ellen Stuart of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Kathie Zank (Brian), Kristi Thurman (Jeff), Eric Schweain (Sara), Ryan Schweain (Kristin), Guy Conley (Shelia), April Harris (Eric), Penny Smith (Allen), Doug Ford, Dwayne Ford, Craig Crawford (Amy) and Chris Crawford (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Justin, Kayla, Mia, Erin, Isaac, Cole, Riley, Tanner, Kara, Stella, Callum, Elliott, Jennifer, Cody, Amber, Tyler, Kyle of Paige, TJ, Madilyn, Hannah, Matthew, Cameron, Kadence and Kierra. She is also survived by 13 great great grandchildren.
