She was predeceased by: her daughter Holly Thomas; her daughter-in-law Nancy Puchbauer; and her siblings, Charles Lichtenegger, Harvey Lichtenegger and Violet Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Hemmann (Dennis) of Oak Ridge, Kent Puchbauer (Jean) of Jackson, Matthew Puchbauer of Jackson and Mark Puchbauer (Gaye) of Jackson; her son-in-law David Thomas (Monica) of Oak Ridge; her sister Arlysse Schoen Popp of Oak Ridge; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hemmann (Melinda), Aaron Puchbauer (Brittany), Jeremy Hemmann (Jenna), Brett Thomas (Amanda), Andrew Puchbauer (Kelly), Ethan Puchbauer, April Brumfield (Shane), Laura Nothdurft (Jeremie), Kia Morrison (Austin) and Leah Puchbauer. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to St. John's Lutheran Church Altar Paraments Fund or Crown Hospice.
