The passing of Kenrick Kenny J. Gibbar Sr. of Jackson, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 90. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Lemie" Sr. Gibbar and Gertrude Cecilia McLain Gibbar; his children, Mary Herndon and Gerald Gibbar; and his siblings, Bill, Ray, Leon Gibbar and Margaret Hagans.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Bollinger (David) of Jackson, Barbara Gibbar of Jackson, Kenny Gibbar, Jr. of Jackson and Peggy Spooler of Jackson; and his sister Dolores Gibbar of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the McCombs Funeral Home & Cremation Center (640 W Independence St, Jackson, MO 63755). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Russell Heights Cemetery (435 S Farmington Rd, Jackson, MO 63755).
