He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Woodrow and LaVerne Alta Fee Fitzgerald; and his sister Judy Singleton. He is survived by: his wife Pura Fitzgerald; his daughters, Kimberly Tucker (Ron), Kara Shaw (Ben) and Amber E. N. Hawes; his brother Thomas Fitzgerald (Barbara); his nieces, Tanya and Heather Fitzgerald; and his stepchildren, Karri, Joseph and Tanya. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
The family suggests that contributions be made to the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
