He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilbert Ruesler (Ida), Norman Ruesler (Phyllis), Rupert Ruesler (Betty) and Verna Best (Marvin). He is survived by: his spouse Rose Mary Ruesler of Jackson; his children, Keith Ruesler (Marie) of Jackson, Kim Weir (Eric) of Fenton and Kendra Ruesler of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Annette Engelen (Mike), Leah Lappe (Brad), Natalie Ruesler, Zackary Ruesler, Brittney Weir and Brandon Weir; his great grandchildren, Kelby "Lucy", Cora "Lucy", Trustin "Lucy", Kamden "Lucy", Ella "Lucy", Angelo "Lucy" and Lucille "Lucy"; his sister Virgie Schubert (Harold) of Perryville; and his brother-in-law Michael Bohnert (Judy) of Perryville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
