She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell P. Barks and Clodine Barks (Reutzel); and her husband Rev. E. D. Francis. She is survived by: her children, Steven Francis (Terri) of Fredericktown and Deana Myracle (Jerry) of Jackson; and her siblings, James Barks (Donna) of Glen Allen, Wanda Francis (Kelly) of Marble Hill and Mary Barnes of Jackson. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Hill Baptist Church in Jackson, honoring Glenda's deep faith and commitment to her church community.
