He is survived by: his children, Kim Perkins of Gordonville, Cheryl McLaughlin (Hap) of Gatlinburg, TN and Bryan Perkins (Becky) of Stafford, MO; and his brother Bobby Perkins (Linda) of Fruitland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
