He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Pink and Esther Mae Hinkle Kitchen; and his brothers, Clarence and Leonard. He is survived by: his sons, Shane Kitchen (Cammi) and Caleb W. Kitchen of Jackson; his brother Jack Kitchen of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Ezra, Cayleanne, Noah, Garrison, Ava and Isaiah.
