She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Elmer and Dora Ethel Gardener Skaggs; and her brother Wayne Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Carol Robinson of Houston, Sharon McDowell (Robert) of Cape Girardeau, Ronald Elkins (Cynthia) of Farmington and Donald Elkins (Lisa) of Fulton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Scott Hoehn of Cosby, Jennifer Shoemaker, Rachael Harding (Sealy), Brandon Elkins of Farmington, Sarah Inman of Cape Girardeau, Alexis Myers of Sikeston, David of Fulton, Bryan of Fulton, Ashley Elkins of Fulton and Alaina Hamilton of Fulton; and her siblings, Charles Skaggs of Aurora, Helen Lancaster of West Memphis and Jean Howell of Jefferson City, Missouri.. She is also survived by 21 great - grandchildren and three great - great grandchildren.
