He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Pearl Vaugh McLemore and John McLemore; his grandchildren, Anthony Grojean and Ashley Buell; his great grandchild Jaden Buell; and his siblings, Bessie Kynion (Everette), Betty Green (Lloyd), Wanda King, Shirley Vance, Bob McLemore, Charles "Chuck" McLemore (Katherine) and Christopher McLemore.
He is survived by: his brother Don; his wife Erna McLemore of Jackson; his children, Kimberly Amelunke (Steve) of Whitewater, Steven D. McLemore (Carol) of Jackson and Michael A. McLemore of Marble Hill, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene McLemore of Jackson, Bill Vance (late Shirley) of Whitewater and Leo King (late Wanda) of Cape Girardeau.
If considering a memorial contribution, the family suggests St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
