He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Bolen; and his niece Lori. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Black Bolen of Jackson; his daughters, Jessica Miller (Jeremy) of Oak Ridge and Katlyn Schippers (Jamin) of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, John Bolen (Diane) of Oak Ridge, Steve Bolen (Laurie) of Friedheim, Kevin Bolen (late Terri) of Jackson, Mike Bolen (Sandy) of Jackson and Debbie Niswonger (Roger) of Altenburg; and his grandchildren, Aleigh, Emma, Blakesly Miller of Oak Ridge, Kimber, Zion, Bellarose, Moses Schippers of Cape Girardeau and Anya. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
