It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Michael Sides of Jackson, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Marie Clayton Sides; and his grandparents, Hubert, Ruby Clayton, Clyde and Winifred Sides.
He is survived by: his father Michael E. Sides of Jackson; his wife Kimberly; his daughter Ashley Newell (Michael) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; his grandsons, Gabe, Gavin and Anakin; his sister Sherri Mayfield (Keith) of Jackson; his nephew Cody Mayfield (Brittney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaci and Kyson; his nephew Blake Mayfield (Macie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaydon, Mya, Kole and Ty.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to SEMO PETS formerly the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.
