She was predeceased by: her parents, Webster Groves and Jewel Eileen McLain Groves; her daughter Charlene; her grandson Joshua Bill; and her great grandchild Shelton Allred.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Bill; her sons, Lawrence Bill (Tina) and Gary Bill; her grandchildren, Melinda Allred (Eric), David Bill (Sydnie), Jessica Hoppe (Justin), Joseph Bill (Genevieve) and Jacquelyn Longar (Eric); her great grandchildren, Adam, Eric Preston and Analyn Allred; her grandchildren, Kaylee Dee, Everly, Finley, Archer Bill, Henry Hoppe, Valerian, Gemma Bill, Elliot, Rylee and Calvin Longar; and her sisters, Sherrie Pesce (Kenneth) and Sandra Groves Hermann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
