He is survived by: his child Leigha; his grandchildren, Cali and Griffin; his wife Susan LaPierre of Jackson; his son Benjamin LaPierre (Sarah); his grandchildren, Olivia, Wyatt of St. Louis and Leigha LaPierre-Kopf; his great grandchildren, Cali Kopf and Griffin Davis of Jackson; his brother Darryl LaPierre (Judy); his nephew Travis of St. Mary's, Kansas; his brother-in-law Gary Whitledge (late Sandy); his niece Amy Gammon; and his nephew Dr. Joshua Whitledge (Allison).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Jackson Ministerial Alliance or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
