He is survived by: his children, Andy, Rob (Debbie), Tony, Billy, Tyler Birk (Krista) and Nancy Seyer (Gary); his grandchildren, Jamie Bollinger (Landon), Leslie Ratliff (Andrew), Andy Jay Birk, Chelsea Patterson, Taylor Parks (Dakata), Bailey Jo, Lilly, Tristan, Paisley, Hudson and Chandler Seyer; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Jaxson and Avery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
