It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Elizabeth Ramsey of Jackson, Missouri, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe and Ruth Isaacks (McKinney); her siblings, George Isaacks (Ruby), Joann Helton, Lora Isaacks and Ferbie Isaacks; and her brothers-in-law, Charlie Pritchard and Boyd Slusher.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Baylor (Terry) of Oak Ridge, MO, Billy Ramsey Jr. (Amy) of Jackson, MO and Chadwick Ramsey of Jackson, MO; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Buchheit (Kevin) of Old Appleton, MO, Breanna Baylor of Oak Ridge, MO, Alyssa Ramsey of Jackson, MO, Blake Ramsey of Jackson, MO, Sebastian Ramsey of Jackson, MO and Kiara Ramsey of Cape Girardeau, MO; her siblings, William Isaacks (Frieda), James Isaacks (Debbie) of Portageville, MO, Margaret Slusher of Marston, MO, Ruthie Isaacks of Marston, MO, Linda Miller (Sam) of Martson, MO, Janet Pritchard of Marston, MO and Wanda Handlin (Tony); and her brother-in-law Jim Helton.
