She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville F. Burns and Essie Marie Curry Burns; her husband Eugene Culbertson; her sisters, Sue Tyler and Pat Hampton; and her son-in-law Dewayne Simpkins.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Culbertson (Peggy), Jean Ann Pierce and Terry Simpkins (late Dewayne); and her sister Connie Killian (Arnold). She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
