He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Jannotti. He is survived by: his wife Angie Severns of Jackson; his children, Derek Rateliff and Tiffany Storz; his sister Iris Luz (Darryl); his niece Toni Marie; his nephew Darryl, Jr.; his mother-in-law Joan Pettit of Cape Girardeau; and his pets, Stell and Carl. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
