She is survived by: her husband Hubert Hart of Isabella; her daughter Crystal Hart (Jack George) of Mountain Grove; and her siblings, Leon McIntosh of Norwood, Jerry McIntosh of Lake Ozark, Mark McIntosh of Norwood, Della Storms of Macomb, Carolyn Jurewicz of Mansfield, Linda Kay Hancock of Norwood and Rose Sparks. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
