He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosea Vance and Louise Rice Vance. He is survived by: his wife Tracie Helms; his sons, Spencer Helms (Jayne) of Farmington, MO and Quinton Vance of Pilot Knob, MO.; his siblings, George Vance of Middlebrook, MO, Charlie Vance (Annette) of Imperial, Dorothy Savage (Dave) of Arcadia, Jessica Bone (Mark) of Arcadia and Sandra Midkiff (Dave) of Annapolis; and his grandchildren, Aria and Kaden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
