He is survived by: his wife Alma Jean Kelley (Douglas); his children, Cheryl Russell (Kevin) of Belleview, MO, Wesley Kelley of Farmington, MO, Marcy Smith (Jim) of Ironton, MO, Anna, Larry Kelley (Danielle) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Barbie Evans (Doug) of Farmington, MO; his grandchildren, Carrie, Duane, Russell, Steven, Katie, Emily, Joshua, Gabriel, Silas and Zoe; and his siblings, Jim Kelley (Valarie) of Fredericktown, MO, Ed Kelley (Minnie) of Potosi, MO, Lucy Wadlow (Larry), Bob Kelley, Dale Kelley, Ray Kelley and Janet Douglas. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
