It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Joyce Henry of Ironton, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lawrence and Ilene Robbs-Tremmel; her husband James Phillip Henry; her daughter Lynette Pouliezos; her grandson Matthew; and her sister Jill Tremmel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Turnbough (Rod) of Columbia, MD, Laurie Braun (Joe) of Farmington, MO, Pat of Bonne Terre, MO and Lana Conner (Mark) of Ironton, MO.; her grandchildren, Mark, Katie, Lauren, Michael, Rachel, Kristen and Adrienne; and her siblings, David Tremmel of Hazelwood, MO, Jan Markham (Ron) of Georgia and Joyce.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cole Family Funeral Home (210 E Reynolds St, Ironton, MO 63650). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to God's Country Cowboy Church or the Baptist Home in Shirley's honor.
