It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Carr of Ironton, Missouri, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Frank Brown and Bettye Lea Brown (McCoy); and the father of her children Ron Carr. She is survived by: her children, Ashlea Elledge (Frankie) of Arcadia, Nathan Carr of Ironton, Jason Carr of Park Hills and Kirsten Hancock; her foster son Preston Smith; and her sisters, Iris Brown of Fayetteville and Melinda Mudrovic (Tim) of High Ridge. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made Valley Springs Youth Ranch School Campus.
