He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lesley Hayes and Bernice Zelma Copling Hayes; and his siblings, Mary Ann McGuire, Connie Golden and Roger Hayes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Virgil, David, Donald, Robert, James, Curtis, Noah, Zelma Alexander, Edith Massey, Daisy Abbott and Jane Young. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; other relatives; and friends.
