She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sikes and Edith Sikes (Conrad); her husband Charles Phegley Sr.; her stepgrandson Shawn Moss; and her siblings, Clois Crocker (late Clyde), Norma Jones and James Sikes (late Patsy).
She is survived by: her children, Janet Henderson (Norman) of O'Fallon, Mary Jane Kenagy (Roger) of Iron Mountain, Charles "Chuck" Phegley, Jr. (Jan) of Four Seasons and John Phegley (Sheri) of De Soto; and her pet Duchess. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
