She is survived by: her children, Kim Mauzy (Kaye) of Fredericktown and Sondra "Sissy" Pate of Fredericktown; her grandchildren, Lucas Pate, Evan Pate, Hailey Ward (Matt) and Gabriel Mauzy; her great grandchildren, Ayden and Adriana Ward; her siblings, Tim Wadlow (Lori), Jeannie Barton of Ironton and Vicki Harper (Darrell) of Ironton; her friend Jim Mauzy of Fredericktown; her siblings-in-law, Jeff Nash of Ironton, Lige Blevins of Ironton and Marilyn Wadlow of Ironton, Missouri.; and her nephew Adrian (Suzanne Blevins). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
