It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Davis Jr. of Ironton, Missouri, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Sr. Davis; his former wife Charlotte Pauline Gibson; and his wife JoAnn G. Eaton. He is survived by: his sons, John Davis (Bob Kovacs) and Chester Davis Davenport; his stepchildren, Paul Rogers Mocksville (Kathy), Suzanne Mollet Prairie, Rocher and Leah Ann Donjon Evansville (Jim); and his brother Joe Davis Chesapeake (Ellen).
