It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ellen Towler (Ironton, Missouri), who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bland and Irene Bland; her husband Rev. Ernest William Towler; her brothers, Frank and Bob Bland; her brother-in-law Howard Markle; and her grandson Gary Wayne Bollinger.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Towler (Barbara) of Farmington, Jude Burgfeld (Betty) and Doris Elliot; her son-in-law Lawson Burgfeld; her sister Doris Markle of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Darren Burgfeld (Carrie), Jamie Hefner (Darren), Bonnie Bollinger, Kristen Childers (Chris) and Andy Towler (Robyn); and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Caleb, Callie, Dori, Max, Lawson, Layla, Hadley, Aria, Evie and Maggie.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church - Silver Eagles.
