He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jennings and Mary Kathleen Goodwin (Pace); his former wife Joyce Marie Lee; and his siblings, William Jennings Goodwin, Jr. and Katherine Rinker.
He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Goodwin (Vicki) of Warrensburg, MO, Michael Goodwin of Warrensburg, MO, Alice Marie Lynch of Tacoma, WA and Micah Goodwin (Sierra) of Ironton, MO; his grandchildren, Michelle, Nathan, Jessica, Bryon, Larissa and Rachael; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Olivia, Mason, Ethan, Alexa, Preston, Parker and Julian.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cole Family Funeral Home (210 E Reynolds St, Ironton, MO 63650). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Baptist Home or Mission Dignity in Ed Goodwin's honor.
