He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dallas Pryor and Thelma Cloin (Carlock); his wife Claudia "Woods" Cloin; his children, Amy Carrington (Paul) of Pilot Knob, MO, Abigail Kreutz (Gary) of Catawissa, MO and Dallas "Buddy" Cloin, Jr. (Krissy Craig) of Ironton, MO; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsy, Chad, Katie, Breeanna, Aubrey, Cody, Tyler, Jordan, Ashley and Cole; his great grandchildren, Kayson, Reese, Aiden, Alex and Autum; his daughter Tamra Halter; and his siblings, Cledous Cloin, Patsy Holder, Juanita King and Clara Mae Allers.
