She was predeceased by: her parents, Dyer Cox and Amanda Cox (Hastings); and her husband Clarence "J. R.". She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Cox, Velma Counts, Dorothy Griffin, Barb Counts, Pamela Spradling and Ruthie Watson; her children, Angela Amsden, Terry Fenwick (Chrissy), Tom Fenwick (Lisa) and Chuck Fenwick (Crystal); her grandchildren, Andrew Fenwick (Leeanna), Bobby Clifton (Robin), Cassie Wadlow (Ethan), Tiffany Fenwick (Hailey Thomas), Carson Heady (MacKenzie Coleman), Jake Fenwick, Tyler Fenwick (Alyssa Ratliff), Chase Fenwick of Terra Fenwick, C. W, Carter Fenwick, Kyle Long and Amy Maupin (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Blair Clifton, Serenity Fenwick, Cooper Fenwick, Brody Clifton, Emma Fenwick, Eric Wadlow, Levi Wadlow, Kash Clifton, Kane Clifton, Maecy Boxdorfer, Jesse Robinson, Addilynn Jarvis, Talon Jarvis and Chase Maupin; and her siblings, Dyer Cox, Jr., David Cox, Jimmy Cox (Joanie), Mary Marshall (Bill) and Judy Hooks (Tony). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
