She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Dirk Smith. She is survived by: her son Olin Bay (Carol); her parents, Charles Wigger and Rebecca Wigger; her sisters, Pamela Smith and Nancy Barton (Greg); and her grandchildren, Ethan Boyle, Austin Boyle, Emily Bay, Lily Bay and Karlina Guerra.
