Jim Porter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Porter of Irondale, Missouri, who passed away on January 25, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Luke and Lorene Ellen Porter (Cauley); his son Scott Porter; his parents-in-law, Howard and Marlene Barbee; and his brother-in-law Dennis Forinash.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Porter (Barbee); his children, Jeremy Porter (Kembly Archaga), Lindsay Jackson (Matthew) and Brandi Shibley (Alex); his grandchildren, Addyson, Lauren, Reece and Brianna; his sisters, Carla Forinash and Donna Barnhouse; his siblings-in-law, Lindell Barbee (Theresa), Randy Barbee (Stacey) and Karen Teal (Jeff); his close friends, Glenn Jarvis, Tommy White and Ed Howe; and his pet Jip. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Shriners Hospitals for Children or West St. Francois County R-4 Scott Porter Memorial Scholarship Fund.
