It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Clinton Phillips of Ionia, Missouri, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Amanda Phillips (Ball); his brothers, Andrew, Donald and Clifford Phillips; and his great grandchild Caitlyn Burchett.

He is survived by: his spouse Ionia Hizar; his children, Clinton Phillips, Lora McWilliams (Lonnie) and Lynette Emmerson (Brent); his grandchildren, Charity Burchett (Craig), Chris Waring, Josh Ablian, John Emmerson (Kassidy) and Amanda Emmerson; and his great grandchildren, Coby, Cooper and Camryn Burchett.

Per Roger's request, memorial donations should be made to the Missouri Free Will Baptist Youth Camp. (Camp Niangua).
