She is survived by: her children, Jerry Kaylor (Debbie), Jeff Kaylor (Lori) and Donnie Kaylor (Debbie); her grandchildren, Matt Kaylor (Stefanie), Mandi Forlow (Michael), Leigh Kaylor, Alicia Powell (Cory), Nate Kaylor, Joe Kaylor, Chris Kaylor and Catie Kaylor; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Hanah, Jacee, Ali, Bret, Riley, Aubree and Tate.
